Our father started his first restaurant in South Shields called the Raj Dulal. It was a prestigious restaurant serving the discerning diners of the North East. 42 years later, the Shah family bring back some nostalgia and open up in the same restaurant.

That's where the story began and the Shah family have continued this tradition ever since. Determined to stand out from the crowded marketplace and to bring the true taste of India and Bangladesh, Delhi 6 was created.

Our menu is street food inspired, bursting with impeccable flavours. We have the top chefs in the North East who share our same passion. We are on a mission to give each diner an amazing experience when they dine at our restaurant.
